Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Bundle Orders
If you purchased a bundle containing multiple products, only one item may be opened and used for evaluation. All remaining items within the bundle must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or refund.
Returns for bundle orders may be denied if multiple products within the bundle have been opened, used, damaged, or are no longer in resalable condition.
Hygiene & Cooling Insert Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cooling inserts are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, any issue with a cooling insert must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery and may require photo documentation.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
