We provide this website, including all digital tools, features, information, and products available through this store (collectively, the “Services”), to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.
SECTION 1 – USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
By entering into this agreement, you affirm that you have reached the age of majority in your respective state, province, or territory of residence, or that you are the age of majority and give us explicit consent to allow any of your minor dependents to navigate this platform.
To complete purchases or access certain features of the Services, you will be required to submit accurate account information, including your full name, email address, shipping destination, and valid payment details. We aim to display the attributes, colors, and design details of our products as accurately as possible within our digital storefront. However, because the actual display attributes depend heavily on your personal hardware monitor, device configuration, and screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your device will perfectly reflect the physical product.

SECTION 3 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND RESTRICTIONS
When you submit an order through our storefront, your request constitutes a formal offer to buy. ThermoCore reserves the absolute right to accept, limit, or reject your order for any lawful reason. An order is only finalized once we verify payment and dispatch a confirmation receipt.
Important Note on Cancellations: Because orders are integrated directly into our fulfillment system, we may be unable to modify or cancel an order once submitted. Please double-check your cart before checking out.
If we alter or cancel an order, we will attempt to inform you using the email address, billing contact, or phone number you supplied during the checkout process. All customer purchases are strictly intended for personal, residential use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial distribution, export, or resale. Once ThermoCore hands over your purchased items to the third-party shipping carrier, legal title and the risk of physical loss or damage transfer entirely to you.
SECTION 6 – PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entirety of the content contained within the Services—including text, source code, graphics, branding, product photography, audio/video elements, overall layout, and interface designs—is the exclusive property of ThermoCore, its corporate affiliates, or its operational licensors, and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and patent frameworks.
These terms grant you a limited, non-commercial, revocable personal license to browse the site. You are strictly forbidden from copying, reproducing, altering, distributing, republishing, downloading, or transmitting any proprietary materials from our platform without our express, prior written authorization.
- Trademarks: ThermoCore, our logos, custom slogans, and product names are exclusive corporate trademarks.
- Platform Assets: The Shopify name, logo, and related design assets remain the exclusive property of Shopify Inc.
SECTION 7 – INTEGRATED THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may grant you access to optional features, software, or digital utilities managed by external third-party providers. You acknowledge that ThermoCore provides access to these tools strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We offer no warranties or endorsements regarding these secondary tools. Your deployment of any optional external tools is done entirely at your own risk, and you must review the terms of service provided by the corresponding third-party developers.
SECTION 8 – HYPERLINKS TO EXTERNAL WEBSITES
Our storefront may contain hyperlinks directing you to external websites that are not maintained or monitored by ThermoCore. We do not evaluate or assume responsibility for the accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party web content, services, or merchandise. SECTION 9 – OUR LEGAL RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
ThermoCore utilizes infrastructure provided by Shopify Inc. to bring you our online store. However, all retail agreements, customer communications, and merchandise transactions are executed directly between you and ThermoCore.
Shopify is not a party to your purchases and bears no responsibility or legal liability for any injury, loss, or product performance issues linked to your transactions here. You explicitly release Shopify and its corporate entities from any legal claims or liabilities arising out of your purchases with ThermoCore.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING

ThermoCore also reserves the right to terminate your site access or account instantly at our sole discretion if we suspect non-compliance with these terms, leaving you liable for any outstanding financial balances incurred up to the date of termination.
All clauses which by their structural nature should survive termination will remain fully effective, including Intellectual Property ownership, Warranty Disclaimers, Indemnification obligations, and Limitations of Liability.

ThermoCore products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or medical issue. Any information presented on this website, in product descriptions, blog content, marketing materials, or customer communications is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
Customers should not interpret any statement made by ThermoCore as medical advice. Individuals with medical concerns, fertility concerns, cardiovascular conditions, or any other health-related questions should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products or participating in sauna sessions.
Use of ThermoCore products is at the customer's own discretion and risk.
SECTION 16 – STRUCTURAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THERMOCORE, OUR DIRECTORS, CORPORATE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATED PARTNERS, LOGISTICAL CONTRACTORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS—NOR THE DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES OF SHOPIFY INC.—BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS FOR LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF EXPECTED SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, PRODUCT REPLACEMENT FEES, PHYSICAL INJURY, OR SIMILAR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS BOUGHT THROUGH THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH CLAIMS ARE ROOTED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING ACTIVE NEGLIGENCE), OR STRICT LIABILITY, EVEN IF THERMOCORE WAS EXPLICITLY WARNED OF SUCH POSSIBILITIES. BECAUSE CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IN SUCH REGIONS SHALL BE RESTRICTED TO THE MAXIMUM LIMIT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThermoCore, Shopify, and our respective parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any legal actions, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought forward by a third party due to or resulting from:
- Your breach or violation of these Terms of Service.
- Your violation of any civil law or the legal rights of an external party.
- Your unauthorized or improper use of our Services.
ThermoCore reserves the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive legal defense and control over any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to fully cooperate with our legal counsel in asserting available defenses.

These Terms of Service, along with any operational policies published on this platform, represent the entire formal agreement and understanding between you and ThermoCore regarding your use of the Services. This document completely supersedes all prior written or oral agreements, proposals, and communications between us. Any textual ambiguities within these terms shall not be legally interpreted to the detriment of the drafting party.

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without obtaining the express, prior written consent of ThermoCore. Any attempt to do so without consent is completely void. These Terms of Service, along with any individual transactions or agreements whereby we provide products or Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which ThermoCore operates its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
